Our items are heavy so we have to charge delivery. Standard delivery is £15.00 and we only deliver in the United Kingdom.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery of goods During the checkout process you can choose how you would like your items to be delivered. We offer a Standard Rate delivery service for which you should allow 7 days subject to stock availability; we offer Priority Delivery service, this extra fee will give priority to your order at busy times in our warehouse, whilst we work hard to dispatch all orders quickly, your order will be on the top of the pile if you have paid for priority service. If you have paid for Priority Delivery but due to stock availability we are unable to dispatch your order withing 48 hours we will charge you at the Standard Rate, refunding your card or payment account for the difference if money has already been taken before we discover the stock shortage. If in the event of a delay (more than 7 days) it is not possible to dispatch your order promptly you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this, if you have not provided a valid email address with your order we will not be able to advise you if there is a delay. If you have received an e-mail informing you that items have been dispatched, you can be certain they are in transit. If you do not receive your items within seven working days you should contact us.
Returns If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving us as much information as possible. If you wish to cancel the order after the goods have shipped and during the period provided within the Distance Selling Regulations, you must return all items unopened and in pristine condition. We reserve the right to issue a restocking fee of up to fifty percent of the value of the returned items if the items are not in pristine condition or if the items are returned without a returns authorisation number - which can be obtained using the Contact Us page on this website - clearly displayed on the outer packaging. We may take up to seven days to issue a refund; in the case of returned items the seven days will start from the day the items are received by our warehouse. We reserve the right in any case to issue a refund by cheque.
